Specifically, it aims to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"4\">understand major contemporary scientific theories and their philosophical implications;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"4\">deepen theological reflection on the relationship between faith and reason;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"4\">analyze new ethical issues related to scientific and technological development;<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"4\">promote a constructive dialogue between science, philosophy, and theology in a pluralistic cultural context.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><strong>Course Structure<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The program is divided into several educational areas for a total of <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">60 ECTS credits<\/b> distributed over <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"102\">two academic years<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The study plan includes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">Required courses<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">Elective courses<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">Lecture modules<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">Extracurricular activities<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"6\">Final exam<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Classes generally take place <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"264\">Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Every <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"319\">Tuesday from 5:10 PM to 6:40 PM<\/b>, the <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"356\">lecture module<\/b> is held, featuring presentations by professors and researchers from various disciplinary fields.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><strong>Attendance Modes<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">There are <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"10\">three modes of participation<\/b>:<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"40\">In-Person<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Classes take place at the <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">Ateneo Pontificio Regina Apostolorum<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Via degli Aldobrandeschi 190 \u2013 Rome.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"150\">Videoconferencing from Linked Locations<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">If a sufficient number of students enroll, it will be possible to participate via videoconference from <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"293\">existing satellite locations<\/b> (e.g., Bologna) or from new locations to be activated.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><strong>Online via Internet<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Students can follow <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"417\">courses and lectures remotely<\/b> via an online platform at no additional cost.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><strong>Target Audience<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">The Diploma is aimed at a wide audience, including <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"51\">religious men and women<\/b> engaged in pastoral activity, religious workers in Christian cultural associations, and faculty and students of Catholic cultural institutions. It is also suitable for <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"243\">public school teachers<\/b> wishing to specialize their training, as well as <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"315\">professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and scientists<\/b> interested in ethical and moral issues. Furthermore, the course is intended for experts in designing interdisciplinary educational activities, communication and globalization professionals, and <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"564\">practitioners<\/b> in the fields of training and <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"608\">scientific communication<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>Admission Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Those in possession of a <b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"25\">three-year Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/b> or an equivalent academic degree may be admitted to the Diploma.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"119\">Religion teachers<\/b>, thanks to the agreement with <b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"167\">SNADIR<\/b>, can access the Diploma and obtain <b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"209\">points useful for school rankings<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Those who do not meet the requirements set by Italian university regulations for access to the Master\u2019s degree will receive <b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"368\">the degree issued by APRA<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\"><\/h3>\r\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\"><strong>Degrees Obtained<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">At the end of the two-year path, upon completion of the <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"56\">60 ECTS credits<\/b>, it is possible to obtain:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"14\">Advanced Training Diploma in Science and Faith \u2013 APRA<\/li>\r\n \t<li data-path-to-node=\"14\">Level I Master\u2019s Degree \u2013 European University of Rome<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">The degree is also recognized as a <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"242\">specialization course for teacher rankings<\/b>, according to current regulations.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">\u26a0\ufe0f <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"323\">IMPORTANT<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">If you intend to also obtain the <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"366\">Level I Master\u2019s Degree from the European University of Rome<\/b>, it is necessary to <b data-path-to-node=\"14\"
