New Sacerdos Institute Director Nominated

We are pleased to announce that our Grand Chancellor has appointed Fr. Luis Ramírez Almanza as Director of the Sacerdos Institute. The mandate will be for three years, beginning September 1, 2025, in accordance with Article 14, 13th of the Statutes of the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.

On behalf of the entire academic community, we wish to express our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Edward McNamara for his generous and competent service over the years as Director of the Institute. His contribution has left an important mark on the life and mission of the Sacerdos Institute.

On this occasion, we would like to express to Father Luis Ramírez Almanza our heartfelt congratulations and full availability of support for the task he is about to undertake. We hope that his work will contribute significantly to the progress and success of the Athenaeum.
