IT Service

A technology support service is available for all students and teachers. Inside the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum, the IT department is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on floor -1, building ‘B’ (inside the Library).

The IT service also supports the search, creation and consultation of all teaching materials that can be consulted online.

Online materials

For active courses at the University, material reserved for Faculty and School members is available online.

Guides

The IT support office for teachers has produced guides on how to request or modify a course or how to use the Office 365 programme suite. Guides can be consulted to facilitate this.

WI-FI Access

To access the University wifi network, just follow a few simple steps. Accessing the network identified by the name APRA WI-FI will take you to an authentication page. To use the service, you will need to accept the Privacy Policy. From the moment you click the ‘CLICK AND BROWSE’ button, you will have access to the internet for browsing.
Internet content and services are filtered in accordance with institutional policies and for information security reasons. Once connected to the APRA-WIFI network, the authentication page should open automatically.
In some cases, an error page similar to the following may appear on some devices. To rectify the problem, try opening an http site and not https. For example http://www.ansa.it or http://clients3.google.com/, this will automatically redirect you to the welcome page.
