May 25-26, 2026: Second edition of the Vatican Longevity Summit

The Vatican Longevity Summit returns to Rome for its second edition: an international scientific congress dedicated to redefining how we think about aging, health, and the future of human life.

Organized by the International Institute of Neurobioethics (IINBE), in collaboration with BrainCircle Italia and under the patronage of the Pontifical Academy for Life, the Summit brings together scientists, Nobel laureates, philosophers, bioethicists, and global leaders. Together, they will discuss the most advanced scientific discoveries alongside the ethical and anthropological challenges of integral and sustainable aging.

This edition serves as a multidisciplinary platform where biomedical research, neuroscience, philosophy, and ethical reflection intertwine to promote a humanistic vision of longevity: not just more years, but years lived with dignity, quality, and meaning. The Summit addresses critical issues such as the biological mechanisms of aging, the role of new technologies, the social implications of scientific progress, and the sustainability of longevity models that uphold the dignity of every stage of life.
