‘Who is the Man of the Shroud? ‘The travelling exhibit until 10 June at the Basilica of San Giovanni Battista dei Fiorentini

The Parish Basilica of San Giovanni Battista dei Fiorentini is hosting the traveling exhibit “Who is the Man of the Shroud?” from March 10th to June 10th, an event of high cultural and spiritual value organized by the Regina Apostolorum Pontifical Athenaeum.

The inauguration, which took place on March 10th, marked the beginning of an exhibit that offers visitors a unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Shroud, one of the most studied and discussed relics in Christian history.

The exhibit, through a multidisciplinary approach, combines scientific rigor and spiritual sensitivity, presenting the results of the most recent research on the Shroud and inviting reflection on the profound meaning of this extraordinary relic.

The event is part of the initiatives promoted by the Regina Apostolorum Pontifical Athenaeum on the occasion of the Jubilee, with a view to the evangelization of culture, offering the public an opportunity for cultural and spiritual enrichment.

The exhibit is open to the public every day, with the following hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00
  • Sunday: from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 20:00
