The enrollment procedure is the same for all our programs—both academic degrees and specialized training programs.

To enroll, you need to complete three steps:

  1. Contact Form – validates the email address we will use for all communications.
  2. Admission Form – enter your personal details, upload the required documents, and indicate your chosen program.
  3. Enrollment Fee Payment – make the payment using your preferred method to definitively confirm your admission.

Enrollment will only be effective after the completion of all three steps.

How to Obtain a Visa

For students from countries not adhering to the Schengen Treaty, it is necessary to apply for an entry visa for study reasons at the competent Italian Embassy or Consulate in their own country.

In accordance with the provisions of the Dicastery for Culture and Education and the Secretariat of State of the Holy See, the candidate must complete the necessary documentation for the visa application by affixing the official stamp of the Secretariat of State on the pre-enrollment certificate issued by the University.

Study support is a tool at the service of the Pontifical Regina Apostolorum University’s mission and is always assigned with the aim of fostering the cultural and evangelical development of our students. The enrollment calendar for the academic year 2025-2026 is as follows:

  • Enrollment Opening: May 19, 2025
  • Last Deadline for Enrollment with Reduced Fee: September 18, 2025
  • Start of Classes: September 29, 2025
  • Final Enrollment Closing: October 20, 2025

You need to attach:

  • A copy of your identity document
  • A passport-size photograph
  • Your academic qualifications
  • A letter of presentation from the Bishop, complete with the stamp of the Apostolic Nunciature

To request the recognition of exams, subjects, and academic credits, it is necessary to:

  1. Follow the standard enrollment procedure.
  2. Upload all documentation relating to your previous academic career within the admission form.

The Faculty Secretariat will examine the documentation and formulate an Academic Judgment (GA), which the student can accept or reject.

Once the GA is accepted, the admission procedure will be completed, and the candidate will receive a confirmation email with the amount due and instructions for payment.

You will receive an email with the outcome of the application evaluation and instructions to complete the enrollment through payment.

Yes. The University offers a Study Support program each year for students enrolled in Degree courses, which provides a reduction in academic fees (RAF) of up to a maximum of 50%.

The RAF application can be submitted only after completing the admission procedure and receiving the confirmation email containing your student ID number.

The request is made through the online form available on the website.

The deadlines for the academic year 2025/2026 are:

  • For the entire academic year: from April 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to 15th, 2025
  • For the Doctorate only: from September 16th to October 15th, 2025
  • For the second semester only: from November 1st, 2025 to January 15th, 2026

If you are a student from a non-Schengen country, you will need to apply for a study visa.

How to apply for a visa

After admission, you will receive an email with the amount to be paid and payment instructions.

The available methods are:

  • At the Bursar’s Office, by appointment, with:
    • Debit card
    • Credit card
    • Cash
    • Check
  • Bank transfer
  • Online payment by credit card

No. Access to courses is only allowed after payment registration.

Payment made online by credit card or in person at the Bursar’s Office is credited immediately and allows for immediate enrollment.

Bank transfers can take up to 5 working days to be registered.

We therefore advise you to make the payment at least 5 days before the start of classes to avoid delays in the activation of your enrollment.

Each cycle and study program is accompanied by a calendar of deadlines to be respected in order to regularize the educational path at the University.

Recognition of degrees
