Reduction of academic fees

admin-ajax

Requests for a reduction in academic fees will not be accepted for Master’s, Diploma and Postgraduate students and for auditor and/or guest students.

The reduction in academic fees only applies to academic fees and therefore excludes application on annual enrolment and all other fees and payments. The one granted for the Doctorate is valid for the entire cycle but does not apply on enrolment or any ‘annual extension’ and the same deadlines apply as for the other study programmes.

Only fully documented applications will be accepted.

The application for financial aid must be submitted by the following dates:

  • request for a reduction for the entire academic year:

from 01/04 to 30/06

from 01/09 to 15/09

  • request for a reduction for the second semester:

from 01/11 to 15/01

To submit your request, please fill in the online form at this link. Applications must be accompanied by the following documents:

  • Presentation letter from the Bishop of the Diocese or the Superior of the school or community they belong to (for religious people)
  • ISEE form for students living in Italy (PS: in the case of a foreign student who does not live in Italy, a foreign student living in Italy but not self-employed and with family members that live abroad, an Italian student living abroad, documentation certifying income and family members must be produced).

As provided for and indicated in the Study Support Standards, all decisions regarding the various types of aid are the responsibility of the Study Support Committee.

Only fully documented applications will be considered.
