The Theology of the Holy Spirit remains the “Cinderella” of academic studies, especially in the training of pastoral workers. The “great Unknown” (Leo XIII) does not yet represent the dividing line of the Christian experience, according to the same teaching of Jesus Christ, between “memory and prophecy”, between “incarnation and mission”. The course aims to fill this gap. The in-depth study of the Theology of the Holy Spirit, of the charisms and of the Christian experience, in the light of the spring event of Pentecost, will be conducted through the study of the post-Conciliar Magisterium on the Holy Spirit, founded on Sacred Scripture and the Tradition of the Church, to a systemic and integrated approach to all the riches we have at our disposal in the time of current spiritual crisis. The Course is a concrete and motivating help to rediscover in the Holy Spirit and in the power of his gifts and charisms a new love for the Church and a new passion for its evangelizing mission, as requested by the Holy Father Francis for an outgoing Church.
