The course offers a general overview of bioethics for students beginning the second cycle who have no prior knowledge of the discipline. Through historical analysis and conceptual reflection, it helps students form an initial understanding of the nature, epistemology, methodology, and main currents within the field of bioethics. Special emphasis is given to the introduction of “Personalist Bioethics.”
