This course offers a systematic approach to the scientific challenges posed by the Shroud of Turin. It consists of a series of twelve lectures on several research topics on the Shroud held by experts at international level in their specific research field. The most recent studies on the Shroud in: chemistry, computer image analysis, forensic pathology, hematology, physics, palynology statistics, etc. are analyzed.
