The course aims to describe the neurological, psychological, and behavioral mechanisms that guide and shape the identity structure and personality of the individual, with a focus on individual and social well-being. In today’s world, society is overwhelmed by stimuli that often conflict with the resilience that human nature can develop. Therefore, this course seeks to help individuals and future teachers gain a deeper understanding of themselves, enabling them to recognize key personality traits in their students and manage them appropriately. In addition to studying historical and contemporary psychologists, the course provides an opportunity to examine the challenges of our time.
