Introduction
The course explores relational dynamics in consecrated life, integrating theological, psychological, and formative perspectives. It develops around three main areas:
1 Communication and conflict management in community life ā The course provides theoretical and practical tools to understand and address tensions within religious communities. It also examines the emotions and motivations that influence interpersonal relationships and presents methodologies for conflict resolution through a systemic, cognitive, and relational approach.
2 Identity and mission of consecrated life ā It deepens the theological and historical vision of consecrated life, highlighting its role within the Church and its foundation in following Christ. The apostolic, communal, and eschatological dimensions are explored, emphasizing the relationship between consecration and fraternal life.
3 Formation and vocational accompaniment ā It offers tools for those involved in the initial and ongoing formation of consecrated persons, with particular attention to the relationship between formator and candidate. Accompaniment methodologies are presented, focusing on creating a climate of listening and welcome, as well as on diagnostic tools useful for identifying potential psychological difficulties.
Through an interdisciplinary approach, the course aims to develop relational and formative skills essential for building harmonious communities and supporting the human and spiritual growth of consecrated persons.
