October 5 – Academic Year Opening & New Student Welcome Day

The Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum announces the official schedule for the New Student Welcome Day and the opening of the academic year. This institutional orientation event is designed to provide an overview of the Athenaeum’s organization, introduce key leadership and faculty, and showcase the resources and facilities available for study and research.

Program:

• 08:30 AM – 09:15 AM | Leadership Welcome & Institutional Presentation

  Orientation session for incoming students featuring opening remarks by the Rector, Academic Vice Rector, and Secretary General.

• 09:15 AM – 10:15 AM | Meeting with Deans, Directors, and the Registrar’s Office

  Informational session with Deans, Institute Directors, and the Registrar’s Office staff (upon request of the Dean) to review academic programs and organizational guidelines.

• 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM | Library Guided Tour

  Guided presentation of the library facilities, collection holdings, and research resources.

  Meeting point: Library Entrance.

• 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM | Mass of the Holy Spirit

  Eucharistic celebration marking the start of the academic year in the CILC Chapel.
