The course aims to introduce the student to the world of law and emphasizing its relationship with bioethics. In addition, the course aims to organically illustrate the basic contents of the philosophy of law in a synchronic and diachronic perspective by highlighting the relationship between natural law and positive law with particular mention in the classical and realist view of law, of the relationship between law and justice that allows for an adequate understanding of the legal dimension of bioethics issues that by its nature involve the fundamental rights of the person.
