Introduction
The aim of the course is to introduce the student to the complexity and theological richness of Johannine literature (with further attention to the “Catholic Epistles”), considering the structural unity between the Old and New Testaments (i.e., the relationship between the figure and its fulfilment) as the chosen contextual “frame” of reference, and conducting textual analyses with a focus on synthetic theological focal points.
