The course aims to introduce the study of spiritual theology, a discipline that guides the baptized towards the fullness of the encounter with God the Father, in Christ, through the Holy Spirit. To this end, it relies on the principles of Revelation, the main lines of the history of Christian spirituality, and the experience of the Christian life of the saints. It analyzes, describes, and deepens, using both inductive and deductive methods, the theological constants that characterize the dynamic process of this transformative human-spiritual encounter.
