The aim of the course is to offer a sufficiently in-depth overview of the ethical and anthropological issues related to the great technoscientific enterprise of the human being. Through a historical-critical exploration of epistemology, starting from the scientific revolution, students will come to understand the concept of technoethics, avoiding on one hand the technophobic extremes of radical environmentalism, and on the other hand the technocratic and scientistic euphoria.
