Introduction
The course aims to address moral issues related to the field of medicine by systematically applying the doctrine of the human act to medical interventions that present significant ethical challenges. It will therefore offer specialized content in the areas of ethics and philosophical anthropology applied to procreative medicine, biomedical research and clinical trials, transplant medicine, and nanotechnology. This will enable students to independently formulate well-reasoned and argued ethical judgments and to propose solutions and recommendations in harmony with the Magisterium of the Church.
