The course aims to address moral issues pertinent to the field of medicine by systematically applying the doctrine of the human act to medical interventions that present significant ethical difficulties.
Therefore, it will offer specialized contents in ethics and philosophical anthropology applied to the fields of procreation, biomedical research and clinical trials, transplantation medicine, which will make the student autonomous to formulate reasoned and argued ethical judgments and to find solutions and proposals in harmony with the Magisterium of the Church.
